Why We Built This Site
Georgia court records are generally open subject to court rules, statutes, redaction, and sealing orders. The practical challenge in Burke County is custody. Radeta G. Smith's unified Clerk of Superior, State, and Juvenile Court keeps those three classes of file. Magistrate and Probate use separate offices, and each city clerk keeps its municipal records. Georgia Courts E-Access is a provider directory, not one statewide trial-court search. It routes Burke State and Superior users to PeachCourt. We bring those official paths together with the phone, mail, counter, and copy-request options readers may need.
What You Will Find Here
- Record requests: how to identify and order court records or certified copies
- Docket searches: how to use a name, case number, and date range in the case search
- Case types: how criminal dockets differ from civil dockets
- Hearing information: how to read the court calendar and confirm a setting
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not part of a Georgia court, clerk, county department, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We do not retrieve official docket sheets or case files
- We cannot set, reset, or verify a hearing date
- We cannot alter, seal, remove, or amend a court record
- We do not issue certified copies, orders, or dispositions
- We cannot interpret a case or give legal advice
- We cannot promise that a fee, contact, procedure, or setting has not changed
An official or certified Burke County record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original file. We can only identify that source.
Search Partners
Third-party companies operate search boxes found on some content pages. Their own prices, services, result quality, and privacy terms apply. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports site operations. We neither set the provider's charges nor control the records it returns.
